Judy Elsley was born and raised in England, After moving to the U.S. in 1979, she went back to school to earn a Master’s degree and a Ph.D in English. She taught at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, for 26 years, retiring in 2016. Judy is a long time quilter who dyes the fabrics she uses in her art, and designs all her own work.
