Angelo Maggi

We are so honored to welcome visiting Italian artist, Angelo Maggi. He has spent time in Utah with his friends Pilar Pobil and Willamarie and has consented to have a special showing of his work with us.

Angelo lives and works in Sardinia, Italy directing his attention towards antiques, scenery and painting.

After a short teaching experience from 1983 he has opened “MAGGI” the atelier where artistic goods are exposed as well as his paintings which are so easily recognizable and peculiar: dreaming charaters, mysterious lovers, fairy landscape, blue moons.

These are mysterious pictures where a primitive feeling or a forgotten intimacy are the protagonists in this show that is the artist’s imaginary.

Recently Angelo was honored as one of Europe’s top 100 artists.
